What we process

Why, and on what basis

How long

Contact details kept for marketing are stored for up to 12 months after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete them. We keep your address on our email list until you unsubscribe, and delete it from the list within 30 days of that. Details about where an enquiry came from are kept with the enquiry. Sample feedback is kept for up to 12 months. Footage you send is kept while we work on your ads and for later edits, and deleted on request. Order and accounting records are kept for as long as Finnish accounting law requires.

Who receives data

We never sell or share your data. We use trusted service providers: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website, forms and uploaded files), Google (email) and Brevo (sending our emails). Some of them may process data outside the EU/EEA under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Sample ads

We make sample ads from a company’s public material. Sample pages are unlisted and not indexed by search engines. We delete a sample and the related data on request.

YouTube

We publish our own videos to YouTube channels we own or manage using YouTube API Services. Our internal publishing tool only uploads and manages our own videos; it does not collect data about YouTube viewers or other users. By watching our videos on YouTube you are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Authorisations for our own channels can be revoked at Google security settings.

Your rights

You can access your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its processing. You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time by replying “no thanks”. To leave our email list, reply “unsubscribe” to any of our emails or write to [email protected]. If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
